Cart Based Shipping for WooCommerce 3.2

Cart Based Shipping for WooCommerce 3.2 is now available for download at CodeCanyon.net or via automatic updates if you are using the Envato Market plugin. This is a small patch update to address some functionality concerns of the prior release, as well as compatibility with a few popular plugins. The full list of changes can be found below:
